Amy Myers
Amy Myers began her career in the title business in 1996 and has been active ever since. She brings a strong work ethic and boundless energy and knowledge of processes to our company while being a valued employee. Since she is an integral part of the organization she was brought in as an owner in January 2009 and was promoted to Sr. VP of Processing. All of our clients constantly give her accolades on the level of service provided to them and their customers.
 
Greer A. Rouda
Greer A. Rouda is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and Florida, a licensed title agent in Ohio and has spent most of his career working in this industry. He is currently President of Monarch Title Services where he handles HR, accounting, finance, administration and legal matters. With over 30 years experience in the real estate industry he brings extensive knowledge and experience to the company and its clients.

Steve Baldzicki is the Founder and President of Big Fish Networking (Central Ohio’s Premier Networking Event since 1999). He is also a Principal of Monarch Title Services and has over 10 years experience in the real-estate field. Steve develops and executes effective sales and marketing strategies to create business nationwide for residential and commercial title insurance.

Richelle Sammons is a Principal and Licensed Title Agent of Monarch Title Services, LLC. She has built her career providing service excellence to her customers, with over 14 years of experience in the legal/real estate industry. Richelle spent 6 years as a Legal Assistant with the Thom L. Cooper Co., LPA, a Certified Elder Law Attorney/Specialist. Her positive attitude, open mind, friendly smile, and desire to follow through on her word, makes her a successful and trusted resource to many real estate professionals.
